We plan and design parks the way forward-thinking parks departments do: as real infrastructure — social, economic, and ecological all at once. A park is where plant life, animal life, and human life share the same ground, and that shared ground drives property value, tourism, and climate resilience. That means systems thinking from day one: how a park connects to drainage, transit, and economic development, and honest accounting for what it costs to maintain in year ten, not just year one. Community isn't a checkbox for us; they're co-designers in the outcome. Whatever gets tangled along the way (funding, maintenance, competing priorities), we make it ours to untangle.
