Lionheart was hired to update the award-winning City of Taylor Downtown Master Plan, refining strategies to enhance downtown’s unique history, connectivity, and economic vitality. The update supports anticipated growth following the Samsung Factory announcement and the adoption of the Envision Taylor Comprehensive Plan. Our team is coordinating with key stakeholders, identifying catalyst sites, and outlining implementation strategies to establish downtown Taylor as a dynamic, multi-functional center for living, working, and recreation. Lionheart’s founder, Rebecca Leonard, previously worked on the original plan at a prior firm, and this update builds on that foundation with new insights, strategic recommendations, and funding tools to support Taylor’s future growth.
